How do I rank up?

Your rank is set by your lifetime points earned. Hit the threshold and you're upgraded instantly — Customer → Loyal → Premium → Elite → Royal → Legendary. Spending your point balance never lowers your rank.

How do I redeem points?

1,000 points = $1 in store credit, applied at checkout. There's no 10,000-point minimum — you can cash out from just $1.

Do points expire?

Points stay in your account as long as you're active. They only expire after 12 months with no orders.
